Yes — standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link once your order ships.
After processing, estimated delivery is 7–13 business days — about 8–16 business days in total. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume and season.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after a few days, reach out and we'll check on it — carrier scans sometimes lag.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To start a return, email info@auberlane.com with your order number.
Check the size guide on each product for measurements. Our pieces have a relaxed, cozy fit — if you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down; for a roomier feel, size up.
